很"烦"... this chinese word really giving me lost hope on one of my best friend... dunno why, everytime I need help from friends, there are always a excuse.. Really forcing me to treat them in this type of characteristic.. Ask help from them, one word "烦" can push my question away... Dunno then say you dunno la, i wont blame or angry at you... but u say 很烦 to me... what u mean by that... when they need help from me, i step by step and teach them with patient and without raising my voice if my friends ask me again.. When I need help, then "later la", why so "kan cheong".. When i ask again, then they will raise their voice or say "I give you this, just copy, no need to understand"... Wat type of world is this, people wanna learn also cannot... why there are some human being that been in this characteristic, why they dunno how to appreciate what people have did to them... I know they are very independent, they can depends on themselves... But please respect the others... next time, think before you speak out... Some of the words are very sensitive to others... 烦, i only can accept when we are joking and not when i ask for help...

I really cant stand it already.. I have been keeping all those sensitive words in my heart... Think it in another way, if I said that to you, what u feel, how do u react... i feel is damn annoying already, really cant stay for long.. sometimes, i have even think of moving away from this house and stay at Uni residential area.. then we have no quarrel and as usual... Joke means jokes but remember peoples limitation...!!!!!

This week is the "reading week" (no lecture), i wonder why got this type of week lo cause is seems like a "holiday week" rather than "reading week"...  Our first trip during this reading week is went to Nottingham lo.. We took CrossCountry train to Nottingham which takes about 1.5 hours from University Station.. This nottingham trip ok ok la because we were in the University of Nottingham most of the time because there are a Malaysian Society Nottingham games happening there... So there are some of my friends who are participating in the sports activity there, so must give some support to them ma... Besides, there are also a Malaysia food fair over there, finally I can eat Nasi Lemak, Curry Mee, Curry Puff, Malay Kuih, Cendol, Satay and Grill Chicken Wings.. of course the taste not as tasty as in Malaysia la, but "boleh tahan" la the taste... I spend 10 pound on these food, if convert to ringgit definately extremely expensive lo because nasi lemak Malaysia sell RM 3.00, over here sell 3.00 pound.. they just change the currency only.. lolx...

University of Nottingham is much bigger and much beautify compare to University of Birmingham lo.. but if wanna walk from a department to another department, it will takes some time gua... We saw a lot of Malays student there, maybe they are the transfer student from Univerity of Birmingham, Malaysia branch gua... The sport center was quite big also and Uni of Nottingham has it own building for swimming pool ler... however, i still prefer University of Birmingham... Manage to grab some Nottingham Travel guide but din manage to travel around Nottingham yet.. I believe there will be another trip to Nottingham lo... hehe...

Cant believe that I already survive in UK for one month.. what I can say is, I really learnt about the independent life here.. I feel myself very lucky to have Yik Chen, GC, Jung Way and Soon Hong as my housemate.. The main chef is Yik Chen and Soon Hong, I always the co-chef in the house... while helping, I learn also ma... Normally, (yc, gc, jw and me) go market, go supermarket, go uni and other place together de... 4 of us are studying the same course so we will have the same time table lo.. Just that got 1 project (design project), we are not in the same group, eventhough we are not in the same group, but when either 1 has meeting and need to go to Uni earlier, the other 3 will wake up earlier and follow also.. is that great... :) Luckily, My group members in my design group was quite friendly and nice, everything that we are doing/research now were still very organise and meeting the suggested dateline, and we are so to have Ms Emma as my group supervisor too.. :)

On the 3rd of October which is the moon cake festival, all my friends that stays in the same area have a pot luck as a celebration to this festival.. Unfortunately, we din manage to eat any mooncake cause the mooncake that sells here are very expensive lo... the moon here are obviously brighter and bigger because I heard my friends said the moon is closer to the earth in UK, dunno is that true or not.. haha... really enjoy the pot -luck lo...

Last time, when we are in Malaysia, during "keng gai" (chatting) sessions, we will talk about movies, bowlings, and other stuff.. but over here, we chat about: wht to cook for tonight, how to cook, put what, where to buy fresh and cheap vege, where to buy fresh meat... like uncle already.. 4 of us has even try to visit carphone warehouse to survey for new handphone with bags of vege and meats.. the shop staff looks us one of a kind ler, but we have no choice to go market first because market close earlier ma.. haha... but at last, me and yik chen cant subcribe to any mobile plan because our "credit check" fail, most probably because we just arrived in UK and worry that we cant afford to pay the monthly bill gua.. only GC able to subcribe the mobile plan in vodafone, maybe because he open the bank account earlier in HSBC Malaysia dy... so the account stable dy gua...

Over here in Birmingham, you can find Malaysian food in china town but the price of course is much much more expensive lo if convert back to Malaysia Ringgit and of course not as tasty as in Malaysia la, but still taste good de... In my house here in Birmingham, we normally cook lettuce, brocolli, cabbage, bacon, pizza, egg for dinner de... lunch normally eat subway or kebab lo, cheap and filling ma... The best dishes that cook by my 2 main chef before is Sweet and Sour Pork, Indian Curry Mutton, "Kao Zi"... haha, we sometimes even try and error but at the end, the food taste delicious de.. lolx..

About classes, my timetable was consider quite relax de lo, for this autumn term... Monday 9am to 2pm, tuesday 10am-2pm, wed 11am-12pm, thurs 12pm-2pm, fri 9am-12pm.. I think for this term only la.. next term I believe will be damn busy de... About the lecturers, erm.. got 2 classes, I always wanna "fish" or day-dreaming le, the "applied Mechanics" and "Combustion Engine" class.. maybe because of the lecturer British accent are too strong which is monotone to me that make me fall asleep.. till now, i dunno what these 2 subjects are about.. Applied mechanics i only know the lectuere are teaching fatigue and fracture topics, further in about those topics, i really have no idea about it.. For combustion engine, this subject really use much on chemitry terms which I hate and not interested at all, but i am trying hard to accept it lo since this is my compulsory subject.. Haiz, look like I really have to go library and borrow book for self study dy.. next 2 weeks will be my "reading week" lo.. kononnya we all really will do self-revision for that week la.. haha...

Seems like I manage to get myself settle down here.. In UK, I must save and cannot be overspent de because of the currency exchange lo.. About Ah Bi, I think I am accepting him back as my friend dy cause I dunno why after expose my feeling to my blog, I feel totally release and automatically accepting him from day to day.. I cant hate a person for too long de, but he is the longest in my life, and till the end, i still accepting he as my friend... I also dunno how I think, maybe because a friend is better than an enemy gua and moreover we both are always meeting each other de as we staying at the same area... Hopefully, the relationship among my housemates remain as good as now, and hopefully the relationship with my other Malaysian friends are as friendly as now.. Keep the smiling face and laughing continues....

My first trip in UK is visiting Cadbury World in Bournville, Birmingham.. haha, just 2 train stops away from the University station.. din know is just nearby... This trip must thanks to Wei Ling who came all away from Malaysia... She actually arrived in Uk earlier than me and same flight with my friends who sat Air Asia to London, and she pakat with my friends not to inform me about this matter.. When Ah bi bring her to my house, i was totally shock and cant believe she was here.. really happy to see her here in UK..

Cadbury World.. is a heaven for the chocolate lover (not me).... In cadbury world, you can smell and taste the fresh chocolate straight from the factory... During the tour, they will introduce the history of cadbury, type of chocolate that are in the market, the process of making a chocolate, the process of packaging and etc etc... U can even use chocolate to write your name, get some chocolate bar (goodies) and sit on a mini car to tour the cadbury bean city (a short ride only).. All these cost 10 pound but I think is worth it lo..

Then you can purchase chocolates from their Cadbury Shop.. those chocolate that sell here are a lot more cheaper than outside.. you also can purchase souvenir like shirts, towels, a lady show made of chocolate, a love made of chocolate and etc...  Is really a great visiting to Cadbury World...

This is my second week in Birmingham dy... A lot of people ask me, do you feel homesick... Homesick sure got de but not that serious lo, because my parents are sponsoring me to study abroad to learn to be an independent person.. if keep on homesick, I dun think this call independent lo.. "Settle down dy??", after 2 weeks in Birmingham, almost everything get settle down, just left which mobile plan should I subcribe and what phone should I purchase....

Well, the preparation before my arrival to Birmingham was quite horrible, because of the overweight luggage... Emirates giving out 40kg to student, which is quite a lot dy and yet I achieved 55kg... Therefore I have to sacrifice my 2kg Milo, 1 short pants, 200 sheets of paper (stationary over in Birmingham is expensive de), 1 jeans, 1 bottle of honey, a sliper, 3 jackets and some stationary.. And finally reach 41kg at the day of departure.. Luckily, Ah Bi help me to carry the oven and some maggi over there first as his flight is approximately 1 week earlier than me and he still got hand luggage quota for me to "tumpang"....

3 days before my flight, actually I already heard some rumours regarding ah bi not going to stay in my house.. At that moment, I really really feel depressed and dissapointed, and even did not sleep well that night.. Because he promise me that he will stay with me for sure, he go there early is just to teman his friends... Ah Bi, a friend of mine that I trust the most, are not doing the things that he promised... he did not personally contact me via any medium to inform me about this matter.. And when I reach in Birmingham, he din even talk to or inform me about this matter, is another other friend of mine told me this... I did discuss this matter with my another most trusted friend, Yik Chen (my housemate as well), during my journey to Birmingham but he told me that ah bi is not that type of person.. I believe he is not and try to avoid thinking of that question but till the end, the news is TRUE... I was depressed and dissapointed because the most trusted friend of mine (already treated him as my eldest brother), did that things to me, break his promise and dun even bother to tell me the news before I came.. I knew that he have to get settle down since he already there early but at least inform me about this via email or any medium.. I online 3 days before my flight to wait for his news and yet he did not online.. I am not too sure whether he purposely appear offline (because YC saw him online) to avoid this or wat.. I know, is non of my business to care the decision that he had made but at least do inform all other housemates about this matter... He straight away contact my other friends which will be substituting his room in my house, totally did not respect all other housemates... My mum said it right, dun trust your friends too much, especially best friends, they might betray  you and "use" you... It is quite obvious that this "best" friend of mine use me for transportation.. As my previous blog seen, I always drive him here and there and even bring him to make his visa, I did not want any reward for all these help because my best friends need help, I surely will give my 100% support to him and truly from heart de... After this matter, I learnt something, really must "dai ngan sek yan".. Now, there are only 2 persons (actually 3) that are giving me tons of support and tons of advice when I am in Birmingham... I think you should know who am I refering to...

Well, eventhough Ah Bi is no longer my best mates or brother, I still treat him as a friend (not as close as last time in Malaysia)... Luckily my other housemates, GC, YC, JW and Soon Hong are quite friendly and helpful... We did shopping together, go market buy stuff together, cook together and even clean the house together, hopefully our friends relationship among us will become stronger and trustworth..

Before my journey to Bimingham, my target of room is any room upstair eventhough is the smallest room, I just want upstair.. 5 days before my flight, All my housemates (YC, GC, JW n Bi) met up in Mid Valley to discuss on what should we bring and suggest that we will go for a lucky dip to be fair among us and no matter the room small or big, the utilities and the rent will pay equally... AND after the dips in Birmingham, I got the room upstair and is the largest room in the unit... but to me, big or small is not a matter, as my target is to get a room upstair.. and I made it.. What you dips is wht you get, so I stay in the largest room lo... :)

Last Wednesday till Friday was my Orientation week.. Was quite busy last week because have to apply for bank, provide enough informations to the Uni for admission, subscribe Internet service, buy comforter for winter and etc etc.. Luckily everything manage to get settle down on time because my lecture start this week Monday lo... About the lecture, I dunno why, I keep on fishing on the first few class.. maybe the tone of the lecturer teaching makes me fall asleep lo.. hopefully I will get use to their tone of teaching and wont feel sleepy anymore...

My target to achieved:
GRADUATE WITH M.ENG MECHANICAL ENGINEERING TITLE WITH AT LEAST 2nd CLASS UPPER!!!!!!!!
